Odd Mail

This arrived in the mail, I had been expecting a package, but this wasn't it.
I tore into it happily, but to my horror it didn't make any sense.

I searched for the company on Google, but I received no results.

The package contained:
The end to a Cat5 cable, a baggie of 4 computer screws, some kind of silicone fan housing,
and a length of wire encapsulation thing.
