Fathers Day Tips!

Well, it's Father's Day, so you know what this means..

Slap a smile on your face, and prepare to do all the work that you've been putting off helping your Dad with for the last year.

Hurry, because you forgot.
GO! buy some candy and flowers.. Oh, wait.. that was Mother's day..

Go! Hurry buy some tools and a card or maybe a tie.

No! Wait! buy matching "T" shirts that say something like "world's best Dad" and yours, yours will compliment his by saying "world's best son / daughter"

WAIT!
It's got to be something that he can cherish forever! it must be something that he can't bear to throw away..

I know. Better yet. Simple always is the best choice. Go to burger king, get one of those crowns and add your own creative saying and heartfelt message.
"Dad, I know you love me best" or perhaps "Dad? Why did you decide to have more children even after you had me?" Or maybe you don't have siblings so yours would go something like this "Dad, I'm glad you got it right the first time"

Don't forget, breakfast in bed is a must.. Make sure, that whatever you serve, you have scrambled eggs piled high on a small plate. This way, you will ensure that he's awake enough to try to eat such a fine feast.

Burnt, or almost burnt toast is a good way to make sure that your Dad starts the day right.. with crumbs all over and in the bed. Also, because you know that dear ole' Dad has been on a diet, go ahead and use Pam spray instead of butter.

Whatever you do, don't forget the coffee. Black coffee is rarely received well, so, I would suggest sweetening the coffee just a bit. About 1 tablespoon of sugar per ounce should be about right. Serve at exactly 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure that you serve this beverage carefully, because you wouldn't want a repeat of last year, now would you?

With only seconds to spare to pull off the perfect Father's Day, go and get the paper off your porch. If you don't get the paper, make sure you are up early enough to snag the one that your neighbor gets.

Hopefully with these tips you will be able to pull off the perfect Father's Day.

Ok, my favorite part was "Burnt, or almost burnt toast is a good way to make sure that your Dad starts the day right.. with crumbs all over and in the bed. Also, because you know that dear ole' Dad has been on a diet, go ahead and use Pam spray instead of butter."
